Every program is built with intent, grounded in biomechanics, movement quality, and long-term durability. The goal is simple, help athletes move better, train smarter, and perform when it matters.

What Our Clients are Saying

“I’ve worked with Gonzo for the past few off-seasons and it is safe to say he has changed the trajectory of my career. We are constantly trying to find creative and innovative ways to improve my game. With Gonzo there is no such thing as a cookie cutter plan. Everything we do is with a purpose and if it doesn’t work or feel right then we go back to the drawing board. 99% of the time we are on the right track and the results show. Over the time we’ve worked together my velocity, pitch shapes, and mechanics have improved vastly. Without Gonzo, I don’t think I would be as prepared as I am to pitch against the world’s best hitters. I’m proud to not only call Gonzo my pitching sensei but also my friend.”

— Carson Seymour

“I had the opportunity to work with Gonzo this past winter break. I loved my time working with him. He really helped me improve. He spent a lot of time personalizing my development by reviewing videos and seeing what worked for me. Gonzo really cared about me and wanted me to be the best version of myself. I really appreciate everything he did for me. I would highly recommend working with Gonzo, he’s a great coach and better person!”

—Trenton Roehler

“My names Avery Laine, I’m a senior right handed pitcher at Loyola Marymount University. I started working remote with Gonzo over this last summer and improved everything in my game. Going through two torn labrum’s and constantly having shoulder pain, it was important for me to get on a program that would not only improve that, but build a better overall me.  I’ve never had individualized programs for just me , but Gonzo built a routine for me that focused on my recovery, arm care, and overall health. For the first time since I can even remember, I’ve thrown without pain. On top of that, I’ve gotten stronger and more explosive in many different areas in the weight room. I flew out from California to get work with him in for over a week and if that doesn’t show you how impressive he is I don’t know what will. To follow up with that, I flew back out this winter to have him get me ready for my senior season! “

—Avery Laine

“Since I started working with Gonzo, he’s helped me become a better pitcher not only with my velocity and pitch mix but with my mentality. Gonzo is the best I’ve seen at helping guys move correctly for how they are as a thrower, and he helps you frame the idea of pitching in a digestible and actionable way, making it easy to be self sufficient when you are on your own.”
